Endless Hunger is an Azerite trait available to all classes. It can only be found on Horde Azerite Armor from Darkshore and the Battle for Darkshore.

Patch changes

Hotfix (2019-02-26): Fixed an issue causing Endless Hunger to repeatedly consume the essence of certain corpses.
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Added.
