Enavra Varandi is found on a small island southwest of Temple of Karabor on the Moonlit Shore of Shadowmoon Valley. Ashore, her brother, Alaar Varandi has this to say:
- She's nothing now, a twisted soul chained to our world. My sister was so sweet, so loving, so young. Shadowmoon did this! Twisted her by some foul magic! They left her walking the world as a shadow, crying out in eternal torment.
- I couldn't. I can't. I cannot end her pain. I cannot be the one to relieve her pain.
- Release her spirit. Put her to rest. I cannot bear seeing her like this.
Get to the island and kill her for the 
[Varandi Family Crest] and 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources]. After killing her, Alaar says this:
- So you've done it? Well, then. Be gone and leave me to my mourning.
- So young... she was so young.

To check whether Envara Varandi has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
