Empowered Touch is a talent in the Druids Restoration tree.
Tips and tactics
- With Empowered Touch and
[Glyph of Healing Touch], [Healing Touch] becomes a very powerful tank heal. - With the current cast time, this is a viable heal on the tank when the raid damage is not heavy.
Patch changes
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed. 
Patch 4.0.6 (2011-02-08): Now also affects 
[Regrowth]. In addition, after 
[Tree of Life] is no longer active, this talent will only refresh the most recently cast or refreshed 
[Lifebloom], and will not refresh other copies of Lifebloom. - Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Now procs from [Healing Touch] as well as
[Nourish]. - Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Redesigned. Increases the healing done by Healing Touch and Nourish by 5/10% and Nourish has a 50/100% chance to refresh Lifebloom on targets.
- Old: Your Healing Touch spell gains an additional 20/40% and your Nourish spell gains an additional 10/20% of your bonus healing effects.
- Old: Your Healing Touch spell gains an additional 20/40% and your Nourish spell gains an additional 10/20% of your bonus healing effects.
Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Now also increases the amount of bonus healing effects for Nourish by 10/20%. - Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Healing Touch now gains an additional 20/40% of bonus healing (was 10/20%).
