Elder Bloodhoof is a tauren ghost quest giver located just north of Bloodhoof Village in Mulgore. He is only available during the Lunar Festival event.

He is also briefly seen in Red Rocks in Mulgore during Children's Week in  [10-70] The Fallen Chieftain.
