- Hotfix (2017-08-08): Efflorescence healing will prioritize players over pets in all cases, including with the [Spring Blossoms] talent.

- Old: Your Swiftmend spell causes healing flora to sprout beneath the target, restoring health equal to 4/8/12% of the amount healed by your Swiftmend to the three most injured targets within 8 yards, every 1 sec for 7 sec.
- Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed. Effects merged into [Swiftmend] at baseline.
- Hotfix (2011-12-02): Efflorescence should now correctly heal if the Swiftmended heal is absorbed by effects like [Necrotic Strike].
- Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26):
- New spell effect.
- Redesigned. It creates a healing zone at the feet of a Swiftmend target, but this healing zone now restores health equal to 4/8/12% of the amount healed by Swiftmend to the three most injured targets within 8 yards, every 1 second for 7 seconds. This periodic effect now also benefits from spell haste, but the individual ticks cannot be critical effects. In addition, [Living Seed] is no longer a prerequisite talent for Efflorescence.
- Old: When you heal with your Swiftmend spell you also sprout a bed of healing flora underneath the target, healing all nearby friendly targets within 8 yards for 20/40/60% of the amount healed by your Swiftmend over 7 sec.
- Hotfix (2011-05-02): Efflorescence will heal targets standing on Cho'gall's trapdoor (or other transports) regardless of the druid's location.
- Patch 4.0.6a (2011-02-11): Area-of-effect abilities such as Efflorescence now function correctly when cast on any trapdoors (ala Cho'gall) or transports even while the caster is not standing on one of those same objects.
