Patch changes

Hotfix (2024-03-05): Corrected an issue where Earth Shield was not healing for the correct amount.
Hotfix (2024-02-27): Mana cost reduced by 67%, and charges increased from 3 to 9. The base amount healed now properly scales with level and is about 50% higher than previously at level 40.
Patch 1.15.0 (2023-11-14): Added.
