Drohn's Distillery Festive Keg can be found in Durotar during the Brewfest holiday.
Using your [Yellow Brewfest Stein] or [Blue Brewfest Stein] will fill them up, when you spend at least 10 seconds drinking it, you will gain a +2 Stamina and spirit 
[Well Fed] buff.
Event
Every 30 minutes when the Dark Iron dwarves attack, these objects turn into NPCs that must be protected or they'll be destroyed. You'll notice that the NPC versions will have a purple arrow above them.
