Dreka'Sur is an orc quest giver located at Bloodvenom Post in Felwood.
Since the Cataclysm, Winna Hazzard transformed all the inhabitants of Bloodvenom Post into Bloodvenom Slimeslaves. This would presumably include Dreka'Sur, although the Bloodvenom Slimes encountered only have tauren outlines.
