Draenei Protectors are found guarding Anchorite Avuun at the Harborage of Swamp of Sorrows prior to the outpost being Alliance-only. Despite being hostile to Horde, they would not attack unprovoked.
Abilities
Heroic Strike — A strong attack that increases melee damage by 11 and causes a high amount of threat.
Sunder Armor — Hacks at an enemy's armor, reducing it by 0 per Sunder Armor. Can be applied up to 5 times. Lasts 30 sec.
Patch changes
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Removed. 
Patch 2.0.1 (2006-12-05): Added.
