Dissonant Echoes is a conduit for shadow priests. It drops from Doctor Ickus in Plaguefall and Lihuvim in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.

• Hotfix (2021-07-12): Dissonant Echoes' [Void Bolt] damage reduced by 5%.
