There are a few weekly quests available that can net you some gold for a little bit of time invested! These are offered by and completed via Griftah when he is summoned. The first two of these quests will net you a total of 1750g 0s 7c per week (for 3000 [Dingy Iron Coins]). Note that these quests are entirely optional.

  • N Rogue [10-45W] Da Big Score

  • N Rogue [10-45W] An Even Bigga Score
    • Dingy Iron Coins required: 2000 Dingy Iron Coins
    • Reward: 1500g 2c
    • This quest is only available after you complete N Rogue [10-45W] Da Big Score within a given week. It will net you about 75s per coin.
  • N Rogue [10-45] If You're Sure
    • Dingy Iron Coins required: 5000 Dingy Iron Coins
    • Reward: 10g
    • This quest is only available after you complete N Rogue [10-45W] An Even Bigga Score within a given week, and can be completed unlimited times. It will net you 20c per coin.

Notes

It is recommended to avoid completing the last quest, N Rogue [10-45] If You're Sure, due to the significant diminished return per Dingy Iron Coin.

Useful macros

The following macros have been tested in-game and work as of patch 7.0

Non-Tanaan Item Count

This macro lists how many Dingy Iron Coins you have, as well as what the items in your inventory are cumulatively worth. It includes items pickpocketed outside of Tanaan Jungle. Adding together the two totals will give you the full amount of coins you currently possess.

 /run a,b=GetCurrencyInfo(980) c=GetItemCount k=(c(112995)*2+c(112996)*3+(c(112997)+c(113000))*4+c(112998)*5+(c(112999)+c(113001)+c(113004))*6+c(113002)*8+c(113003)*10+c(113005)*12+c(113006)*18+(c(113007)+c(113008))*20) print(a,":",b,"Inventory Value:",k)

Display: Dingy Iron Coins: XXXX Inventory Value: XXX

Tanaan Jungle Item Count

This macro lists what the items in your inventory are cumulatively worth. It includes all items that can be pickpocketed within Tanaan Jungle.

 /run c=GetItemCount k=(c(113000)*4+(c(113001)+c(113004))*6+c(113002)*8+c(113003)*10+c(113005)*12+c(113006)*18+(c(113007)+c(113008))*20+(c(127398)+c(127406))*40+(c(127400)+c(127404))*50+(c(127402)+c(127407))*60+c(127409)*250) print("Inventory Value:",k)

Display: Inventory Value: XXX

Target + Pickpocket Macro

This macro allows you to both target and pickpocket your target with one button. As long as the target is in front of you and in range, it will work. This is useful for the Tomb of Lights, where you don't want to be sapping targets.

 /cleartarget
 /targetenemy
 /stopmacro [noexists]
 /cast Pick Pocket
