Diabolic Bloodstone is a conduit for warlocks. It drops from the Lord Chamberlain in the Halls of Atonement, the Stone Legion Generals in Castle Nathria, and Soulrender Dormazain in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
Patch changes
Hotfix (2021-03-10): Diabolic Bloodstone will once again function when allies consume Healthstones generated from a Soulwell. - Patch 9.0.2 (2020-11-17): Added.
