The Desolation of Gorefiend is a large room under Auchindoun where Gorefiend is eating up the souls of draenei that have come to rest in Auchindoun. Adept Vatrusta is protecting Gorefiend while he consumes spirits.
After the completion of the quests here, a permanent portal to Lion's Watch in the Tanaan Jungle is available from this location.
