The Den of Thieves can be found in the westernmost part of Hall of Shadows. The quartermaster for the Uncrowned can be found in this area along with one of the troop recruiter. Many of the rogue trainers that previously were found in the racial capitals can also be found here as well. In the middle of the room are usable training dummies.
