Chamber of Shadows

The Chamber of Shadows is located behind a false wall in the Cantrips & Crows building of the Hall of Shadows. It is here where most of the rogue Class Hall quests can be found, along with the Artifact Knowledge research and order advancement. It is the Council of Shadows meeting place.
