Delirious Ancients are Loa found in various dungeons. When nearby, the message "You feel a shadowed presence" will appear. After clearing the nearby bosses, using 
[Agamaggan's Roar] will cause them to appear.
The diemetradon ancient can be found at the end of the Dark Iron Highway. It will only appear after killing Houndmaster Grebmar and High Interrogator Gerstahn, and clearing the Ring of Law.
The devilsaur ancient can be found in the water at Zaetar's Grave. It will only appear after killing Princess Theradras.
The tarantula ancient can be found at Gahz'rilla's pool. It will only appear after killing at least three bosses in the dungeon.
Abilities
- Diemetradon
Immolate — Burns an enemy, then inflicts additional Fire damage every 3 sec. for 21 sec.
Lava Breath — Inflicts 1157 to 1343 Fire damage to enemies in front of the caster.
Virulent Breath — Inflicts nature damage to enemies.
- Devilsaur
Mighty Blow — Inflicts normal damage plus 25 to an enemy, knocking it back.
Terrifying Roar — Causes nearby enemies to flee in fear for 5 sec.
Trample — Inflicts normal damage plus 8 to nearby enemies.
Vicious Rend — Inflicts Physical damage to an enemy every 3 sec. for 15 sec.
- Tarantula
Enveloping Webs — Immobilizes an enemy, increases the time between its attacks by 100%, and prevents it from casting spells for 8 sec.
Paralyzing Poison — Stuns an enemy, rendering it unable to move or attack for 8 sec.
Poison — Inflicts Nature damage to an enemy every 3 sec. for 30 sec.
Slowing Poison — Increases the time between an enemy's attacks by 25% and slows its movement by 30% for 25 sec.
