Defias Captives are human prisoners located in the Stormwind Stockade prior to the Cataclysm. They used to run away in fear at low hp.
Abilities
Backstab — Inflicts bonus damage to an enemy, but only if attacking from behind.
Infected Wound — Increases the Physical damage taken by an enemy for 30 sec.
