Dark Apothecaries are nerubians that attack Dalaran during the War Within intro experience. They're found in the Underbelly during 
[68-70] Rupture.
Abilities
Silken Razorwire — The caster binds their target in ultra-sharp strands. For 8 sec, when the target attacks or casts a spell, the strands tighten inflicting X Nature damage.
Web Bolt — The caster shoots a dense wad of webbing at their current target, inflicting Nature damage and reducing movement speed by 30% for 5 sec.
