Darius Orion is a human apprentice who witnessed the start of the Plague of Undeath. When a group of farmers from a farm near Andorhal were rushed to Dalaran to check the illness that afflicted bodies, Darius was chosen along with others to figure out what's going on with them. Darius looked after them and slowly watched them turn into undead. Along with the other apprentices, he was told to stay in his room and wait for his master to be able to leave. It is unknown what happened to him after he was let out.
He is the author of the Damaged Apprentice Journal.
