Patch changes

• Patch 1.3.0 (2005-03-07): Modified Crystal Charge, Crystal Force, Crystal Restore, Crystal Spire, Crystal Ward, and Crystal Yield to be on appropriate cooldown timers. Completing the Crystal Pylon quest to obtain them will now reward five each instead of three.
