Crag-Leaper's Cache
Crag-Leaper's Cache is found at [42.7, 31.8] on a path accessed by completing a jumping puzzle using spears stuck in the rock face near the east end of Daggermaw Ravine in north-central Frostfire Ridge.
There are seven spears stuck in the rock face. Dismount and jump on the lowest one (#1), then turn right and jump towards the #3-4 pair, aiming to land on #3 and up next to #4. Jump on #4 and aim towards #7, which is stuck in the rock outcrop and not the cliff face. Then jump while pressing forward to get on the rock outcrop and run up to the treasure chest.
The chest contains the 
[Crag-Leaping Boots] and 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources].
