Coda is a ferret initially encountered alongside Vivi at the northern edge of the Prickly Grove in Vol'dun. Vivi found him and nursed him back to health after he was stung by one of the wasps in the grove, but many of his fellow ferrets are still missing in the grove, causing Coda to nervously leap around the nearby rocks. After the player rescues the ferrets in 
[30-60] Missing Business, Vivi and Coda run back to the Vulpera Hideaway and can be found resting under a tree.
Quotes
When approached in the Prickly Grove, Vivi may say one of the following:
- Vivi says: Come back, little ones! We can help you!
- Vivi says: I can't see them, Coda!
Which will in turn be followed by:
- Coda chatters and looks into the ravine.
- Vivi says: I'm worried, too, Coda.
