- Complete the quest "Dreaming of Crests" from Vaskarn in Central Encampment to be able to downgrade your Dreaming Crests.
Clutch of Wyrm's Dreaming Crests is sold by Vaskarn in the Emerald Dream for 15x 
[Aspect's Dreaming Crest]. For players who have reached Renown 5 with Keg Leg's Crew in Plunderstorm, Da'kash Grimledger will sell them for 3x 
[Keg-Stamped Coin] at the Roasted Ram in Valdrakken.
