The Circle of Defiance is a subdivision of the Cenarion Expedition seen in the video News From Outland: Crisis at Da Portal!.[1]
History
The Circle of Defiance is a group of demonstrators who want to stop the Ango'rosh tribe's "mushroom-cutting operation" and Illidan's Naga's draining of the water of Zangarmarsh; this way there can be a safe marsh. They are led by Tala Snowgraze who was interviewed by Gnomeregan Gnews Gnetwork.[1]
During a manifestation they got one of their jungle troll members killed by an ogre. Then they went with the naga but they were merciless attacked, even one tauren was drained by a Steam Pump.[1]
A harvest golem went to the conclusion that if they didn't get any help the region of Zangarmarsh would be doomed.[1]

Notes
- They seem to use real life protests instead of the traditional Cenarion Expedition tactics which are more of combat.
