Chronikar is an infinite drakonid located in the Sanctum of Chronology in the Dawn of the Infinite.
Adventure Guide
Chronikar spent her entire life in service to the infinite dragonflight, making her way up the ranks until she earned the title of commander. Even among the radical infinites, her zealotry is unmatched. As the venerated rearguard, she will stop at nothing to put an end to any who dare oppose her order.
Overview
Chronikar stomps, forming Withering Sandpools that deny ground. Additionally, she uses her time-bending axe to strike with Chronoshear. At 100 energy, she leaps at players with Eon Shatter, unleashing fragments of timespace.

Eon Shatter 
— Chronikar leaps and slams down onto the location of a player, inflicting 102398-177582 Arcane damage to players within 18 yards of the impact. The resulting explosion creates Eon Fragments (Mythic) and Eon Residue.
Eon Residue 
— Harmful energy surges into players within 3 yards of the residue's impact, inflicting 12288-21310 Arcane damage. Eon Residue explodes in a Residue Blast if it fails to hit a player.
Residue Blast — Eon Residue explodes, inflicting 71679-124307 Arcane damage to all players and an additional 10240-17758 Arcane damage every 1 sec for 8 Sec.
Eon Fragments — Timespace fragments explode outward, inflicting 51199-88791 Arcane damage to players hit and knocking them back.
Chronoshear — Chronikar strikes her target with a mighty axe swing, inflicting 102398-177582 Physical damage and knocking them away. This cannot be dodged or parried. Her axe twists the target's timeline, causing them to absorb 100 healing (Mythic) and applying Sheared Lifespan. While afflicted by Chronoshear, the target is undispellable.
Sheared Lifespan — Instability in the target's timeline weakens their lifespan, increasing their damage taken by 200% for 20 sec. This effect cannot be dispelled if the target is afflicted by Chronoshear.
Sand Stomp — Chronikar stomps the ground, manifesting a Withering Sandpool under marked players.
Withering Sandpool — On emergence, Withering Sandpool inflicts 24576-42620 Arcane damage to players within 15 yards. The pool inflicts 24576-42620 Arcane damage every 2 sec to players who remain inside of it, reducing their movement speed by 15% and their haste by 25%.
