Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): No longer increases healing of single-target spells.
Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Fixed an issue where Chakra: Serenity was not increasing the critical effect chance of [Cascade], [Divine Star], and [Halo].
Patch 5.1.0 (2012-11-27): Now increases single target healing by 25%, up from 15%. Chakras now persist through death and zoning.
