Carseng is a centaur flight master located in southern Teerakai in the Ohn'ahran Plains, where he is accompanied by the Flight Master's Assistant and a couple of Messenger Ohuna, and in the Nokhud Offensive. He is the only NPC to be present in the dungeon version of Teerakai.
