Captive Spitescale Scouts are captured naga located in Darkspear Training Grounds on the Echo Isles in Durotar.
They are guarded by a Darkspear Jailor. Speaking to the jailor will have him unleash the scout and allow the player to engage it in combat, which is necessary for several identically named but class-specific quests that reward various items.
Aside from melee, the scout has one ability, Frost Shock, which slows the player's movement for 4 seconds.
