Captain Stillwater is a gnome member of the Bloodsail Buccaneers found in Stranglethorn Vale. He was the captain of the Damsel's Luck, and Fleet Master Seahorn wanted him dead.
He was eventually killed by the ninjas of Jaguero Island. His charts can still be found on the Damsel's Luck.[1]
Abilities
Arcane Explosion — Sends out a blast wave of magic, inflicting Arcane damage to nearby enemies.
Flame Spike — Calls down a pillar of flame, burning all enemies in a selected area for 70 to 80 Fire damage and an additional 50 damage every 3 sec. for 9 sec.
Slow — Increases the time between an enemy's attacks by 54% and slows its movement by 60% for 10 sec.
