Captain Hecklebury Smotts is a human quest giver located in Booty Bay in the Cape of Stranglethorn. His crew, boat, and entire fortune were lost when he was attacked by three sea giants: Gorlash, Negolash and Mok'rash. Gorlash stole his Captain's Chest. Negolash stole 
[Smotts' Cutlass]. Mok'rash stole his 
[Monogrammed Sash]. Smotts bought another ship, Smotts' Revenge, to find the sea giants and get his revenge, but they sank that too and killed his second crew. The only other survivor of his second ship was Sprogger, the cook. Smotts is looking for adventurers in order to help recover his possessions that were lost in the attack.
