Captain Conrad is a human located in Tul'vor in Nazmir. She was sent to establish trust with the Nazmani tribe to enable trade agreements and battle negotiations with the Alliance swaying her to use the blood magic. Revealing the truth, Brann Bronzebeard and the Alliance adventurer killed the maddened captain.
Abilities
Blood Bolt — Blast the target with corrupted blood, inflicting Shadow damage.
Rupture — Inflicts Shadow damage to all enemies within 3 yards of the impact.
