Burning Pearl is found at [42.4, 19.6] at the edge of the volcano where the lava flow reaches the big lava pool in Stonefury Cliffs on northern Frostfire Ridge. Loot the Burning Pearl for a 
[Burning Pearl] and 10-20x 
[Garrison Resources].
Tracking quest
To check whether the burning pearl has been looted, copy and paste this command into the chat window:
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(34520))
If a "true" appears in the chat window, the burning pearl has been looted; "false" indicates the opposite.
