Bugbiter Tortoise can be obtained from Cymre Brightblade only when the world quest 
[60-70WQ] Brightblade's Bones is available. To obtain the pet, the player will need the 
[Petrified Dragon Egg] and the 
[Eroded Fossil], with only the fossil requiring the world quest to be available to obtain it.
