- Brutusk's ability to shoot lightning during [7-30] To the Rescue! implies that it is not really a kodo beast, but a thunder lizard.
- Original version of To the Rescue! had Brutusk riding into the battlefield in front of Splintertree Post. There, he was killed by a boulder thrown by a Raging Ancient.
