Broker Ve'ken is a broker located in floor three of layers in Torghast, Tower of the Damned. Ve'ken provides Refuge of the Damned to players near him, providing a brief respite from the Jailer's attentions.

Don't confuse Ve'ken with Broker Ve'nott, who is found on floor six, just before the layer boss.

Abilities

Refuge of the Damned — You may change your Equipment, Talents and Specialization while in this area. Enemies have a harder time detecting you. Suppresses the effects of Torment of the Tower and The Jailer's Chains.
