Inn Broken Horn Village is a large village and home to the Laughing Skull Orcs in northeastern Gorgrond. The survivors of the goren attack on Deadgrin came here to rebuild their lives.[1] The Iron Horde planned to attack the village.[2]

Since the village is filled with named NPCs, including an innkeeper and a vendor, it is possible that the location was originally intended to serve as a quest hub. In the live version of Warlords of Draenor, however, it serves no apparent purpose.
As this is the only Laughing Skull Village besides Deadgrin, which has been abandoned, it can be assumed this is the Laughing Skull clan's current capital. Conversely, it may have always been their capital, with Deadgrin being just another village.
