Brain Storm is an Azerite trait available to Arcane mages.

Notes

This trait will only trigger when [Evocation] is actually cast; Evocation procs from the [Time Anomaly] talent do not count.

Patch 8.1.5 (2019-03-12): Now activates [Rule of Threes].
Hotfix (2019-02-08): Arcane Charges gained from Brain Storm can correctly trigger Rule of Threes.
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Now also makes Evocation grant 2 Arcane Charges immediately.
Hotfix (2018-09-17): Brain Storm Intellect granted reduced by 75%, and duration increased by 100%.
