This item could be found when you completed Legion dungeons.

It could also be farmed from vrykul at the elite area Shield's Rest in Stormheim.
Trivia
- The Mists of Pandaria version of the item previously appeared on the Black Market Auction House, with the initial bid being 1000. Additionally, an invitation could also rarely be found on one of the six faction champions required for the
[I'm In Your Base, Killing Your Dudes] achievement in the Krasarang Wilds. In patch 5.3.0, all rares on Pandaria (except those on the Isle of Thunder) were added a slim chance to drop an invite as well.
