Blazing Overseer

Blazing Overseers are night elves located at Lunedane in the Ohn'ahran Plains. They are accompanied by a pair of Kindled Screechers.

Abilities

Charge — Reduces the movement speed of the target by 70% for 2 sec. Charges to an enemy.
Scorching Roots — The caster coils burning vines around the target's legs, rooting them in place and inflicting 4 Fire damage every 1 sec for 5 sec.
Thorns of Flame — Fiery thorns sprout from the caster, inflicting 4 Fire damage to melee attackers when hit and reducing all damage taken by 10%.
