Bipsi's Bobbing Berg is sold by Nat Pagle at Anglers Wharf on the southern coast of Krasarang Wilds for 1,000
. Only mages can see it listed, and it can only be purchased by reaching revered reputation with the Anglers.
The name refers to Bipsi Frostflinger and her quest 
[3] The Arts of a Mage, which the player must learn and use 
[Frost Nova] to complete.
Notes
- Much like the
[Anglers Fishing Raft], using the item provides a ten-minute buff that provides waterwalking. - The buff is removed if players are attacked or mount up.
- The item has no cooldown.
- When first introduced, the top speed was only 140% rather than the Raft's 270%. Also, attempting to use the Bobbing Berg and the Raft at the same time would cause the mage to become temporarily trapped in one of its dance animations.
Patch changes
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Requirements updated. 
Hotfix (2014-01-23):
- Anglers Fishing Raft and Bipsi's Bobbing Berg can no longer be used at the same time.
- Bipsi's Bobbing Berg should now also allow players to increase their speed just like an Anglers Fishing Raft.
- Patch 5.4.2 (2013-12-10): Added.
