This creature can be captured by engaging it in a pet battle.
Biletoads are toad critters found in the Wailing Caverns, Sholazar Basin, and Northern Barrens. The little toad can cast Biletoad Infection, which sacrifices itself and reduces the size of nearby enemies for 3 minutes.
