Patch changes
Hotfix (2024-10-25): Fixed an issue that prevented Between the Eyes from benefitting from 
[Supercharger]'s bonus while under the effects of [Crackshot].
Hotfix (2024-05-07): Damage is no longer increased by 12% in PvP combat.
- Patch 10.2.0 (2023-11-07): Now a buff on the Rogue (was a debuff on the target).
- Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Damage increased by 20%.
- Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15): No longer deals 9% reduced damage in PvP combat.
- Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Rank 2 converted into the [Improved Between the Eyes] talent.
Patch 9.2.5 (2022-05-31): Between the Eyes damage increased by 20%. This change does not apply to PvP.
- Patch 9.1.0 (2021-06-29): Rank 2 critical damage bonus is now reduced by 25% in PvP Combat (was 50% reduction).
