Benge was a young orc killed by the hydra Trigore the Lasher in the Wailing Caverns during his om'gora. His body, torn and cold, was found by a party of warriors and brought to Orgrimmar, where his father turned away from his corpse out of grief. His death became the main topic of discussion in a grim meeting by the Horde Council.

Seeking to avenge him, his friend Durak hunted down and killed Trigore.
