Strategy
Start moving when Horaki begins his Frost Shot cast, as players in the 10-yard radius area of effect centered on them will be rooted in place right as he winds up a Hail of Arrows!
As long as adventurers can get out of the frost shot before the root lands, the fight is very straightforward.
