The Bag of Heart Candies is sold by any Lovely Merchant found in all capital cities on Classic realms or Kiera Torres and Lythianne Morningspear on retail realms during the Love is in the Air world event.

Reach into the bag to find a  [Heart Candy]! The text on the candy varies.

The subject of this section has been removed from World of Warcraft but is present in Classic Era.

In previous years this item was found inside a Pledge of Adoration or Gift of Adoration obtained during the event.

Comments

This item is required to complete the Be Mine achievement, by randomly withdrawing all eight different kinds of candy from it. Be Mine is required to complete the Fool for Love meta-achievement, which is, in turn required for the What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been meta-achievement.

The bag appears to have a very low drop rate, on the order of 1% - 5%. Given this, random nature of the candies that come out of the bag, the limited number of charges on the bag, and the short (five-day) duration of the event, it may be impossible to complete this achievement in a single year.
