The Avatar of Xolotal is a blue lightning wolf that can be found inside of the Den of Xolotal in Zuldazar. They have fought against the Kao-Tien, who appear to have been trying to subjugate their lightning powers for their own uses before being slain by the avatar as well as the Sons of Xolotal.

Abilities

Arc Lightning — Strikes an enemy with a lightning bolt that arcs to another nearby enemy. The spell affects up to 3 targets, inflicting Nature damage to each.
Call Thunder — The caster calls down bolts of lightning every 0.5 sec for 3 sec. Each bolt inflicts Nature damage to players within 0 yards of the impact.
Ferocious Bite — Deals 200% weapon damage to the target.
