The Auction Goer is a human located in the Trader's Hall in the Trade District of Stormwind City. He only appears for dracthyr.
It is actually Elling Trias in disguise, an SI:7 agent sent by Mathias Shaw to observe the dracthyr who have just arrived in the city.[1]
