Bloodmaul Slag Mines is a daily dungeon quest to kill the final boss. It is only randomly available from the Frostwall Town Hall of a Tier 3 garrison, across the same region. If it hasn't been turned in before the daily reset, it will be removed from your quest log.

Description
Commander, Gul'dan's favored agent Teron'gor has infiltrated Auchindoun in Talador and has already taken to devouring the countless souls within. We must not let this nefarious warlock gain any further strength.
Enter the holy mausoleum of Auchindoun and rout Teron'gor and the rest of the Shadow Council before more damage is done.
Completion
Another agent of Gul'dan be fallin' before your might, commander. Gul'dan will surely be tremblin' at the heels of our victory dis day.
