Assault on Fenris Isle is part of The Master of Fenris Isle quest chain.

This quest has been noted as "doable with 2 level 24 people, or a full group of level 16s." Some people report having soloed this at 24... with a death or two involved.

Objectives

Bring Thule's Head to High Executor Hadrec at the Sepulcher.

Description

Now is the time to assault the Scourge's place of strength in Silverpine: Fenris Isle.

You must again go to the Isle and destroy Thule Ravenclaw. I want his head!

This mission is as dangerous as it is vital, <name>. You must not fail.

Rewards

Progress

The Scourge cannot be allowed to remain in Silverpine, <name>. Come back to me when you have proof of Thule's death.

Completion

The death of Thule Ravenclaw was no small event, <name>. Renferrel tells me that the energies released when you destroyed Thule were felt even as far as the Sepulcher.

Your actions ring through the ranks of the Forsaken. Your value to us grows.

Notes

One way of avoiding the large number of mobs between you and Thule Ravenclaw is by dying just inside the entrance, and resurrecting on top of the roof.

Once on the roof face north and you want to go down the right hand side spire, there are usually a few mobs on the way, level 16-19, go down all the staircases, kill every mob and go down a smaller row of steps, not a staircase. Eventually, you will enter a big communal hall with 1 or 2 mobs and of course Thule Ravenclaw at level 20.

Fighting Thule

Thule has a minion that he can resummon, so you will need to fight both him and his minion at the same time.

Thule casts Hex of the Ravenclaw, which reduces your DPS and increases his. You are given  [Bethor's Potion] in a previous quest, which can remove this hex. (There are likely other means of removing it as well.)

Note that, as a humanoid, Thule Ravenclaw can be feared and polymorphed.
