Artifice of the Archmage is a conduit for Arcane mages. It drops from Surgeon Stitchflesh in the Necrotic Wake and the Eye of the Jailer in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
